The WRW ECP is a concierge training program only open to ten executives at a time. This is to ensure all clients receive a world-class health and wellness experience that covers all aspects of their health from top to bottom. Each client will work one-on-one, in-person with Sean. We do not limit our training sessions to time restraints, we work until the job is done. Behind the scenes, each client has access to our entire training team to ensure that every need is addressed and met. Your entire health and wellness will be taken care of going forward.

Light currently holds 23 different certifications, degrees and licenses that give him an unmatched ability to serve his clients. He has served as keynote speaker at universities and national conventions where he has presented on topics from neuroscience to athletic performance.

Twice per week, you will meet with Sean to complete your training requirements. You will be asked to train 4-6 times per week in total. Sean will give you a complete postural, neurological and performance assessment, which he will use to create a unique training program specifically for you.
He will also outfit you with biometric tracking devices to monitor important health and performance data (Heart Rate Variability, Heart Rate Recovery, Resting Heart Rate, Strain Score, etc.). This data will be used to devise training programs and adjust training volume to avoid burnout and maximize output.
